If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 Days. Email us at email@example.com to initiate a return
All returns are free and we will provide shipping labels to return your order
We guarantee refunds on all unused or defective merchandise 30 days from the receipt of shipment
All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box. Items that are abused, broken, used, washed, or damaged may not be returned.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item less the shipping unless the product is determined defective. Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. No two designs will be exactly alike.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost items during return transit.
We are not responsible for returns outside of our return policy. If an item comes back to our warehouse outside of our return policy, we will not refund the product.
If you qualify for and apply the free shipping code and then return the items, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the return credit. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are FINAL.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
